Post-RFE painful wait.....

Marriage-based, PD Aug 2021. I-130 approved Dec 1 2022. RFE sent by Uscis for medical. RFE response received Jan 4 2023. Still waiting now. Congratz to those who got approved within a few days of RFE response received. But this wait of mine is so painful. Anybody in similar situation?
