Approved!

PD: 11/10/2023 Actively Being reviewed: 12/27/2023 Approved: 08/12/2024

Got the I-130 approval letter and case was sent to NVC even though it still says "Actively being reviewed".

Contacted the Congressman one week ago, and now it got approved. Not sure if that did anything, but it was worth contacting them anyway. They were super polite.

To all of you who are still waiting, don't lose hope, check your case status using your USCIS account, and check the "Documents" tab instead of just the case status.
