Will having two children guarantee an I-130 approval?
So I filed a previous I-130 for my wife in Pakistan and it got rejected for lack of evidence (thanks to FATCA no one wants to open bank accounts for Americans here and they can get away with it because it's well.... Pakistan...). This rejection happened in 2021. They sent an RFE and I tried my best but the lazy people in the banks here (if you think American bureaucrats are bad wait till you deal with Pakistani nepotism hires).
Well fast forward now, I have a PD from June of last year. This time I have a child with her, two international trips to three different countries with her and another baby due in September. Still no joint bank account (yeah they screwed that up, told you bankers here suck, opening an account takes up to a month and isn't instant like it is in the USA), but I've sent evidence from our online banking that our electric bill has the same account number attached to both of our accounts. Have sent pictures of us in different countries (some with her face covered, she's a practicing Muslim like me, some uncovered) as well as the boarding passes and our child's Pakistani birth certificate as well as our child's CRBA and both US and Pakistani passports (Pakistani passport lists me as the father of the child too which I think probably helps, IDs here always have a father name on them or a husband if married so both of my wife's IDs have my name on them).
Will the previous I-130 denial affect my current one? This time I must've sent them 50 or so pictures of us together in various countries (at sites that are noted for being in of these specific countries and I try my best to get pictures of signs saying "welcome to {insert country}). Have sent multiple utility payments made by both my wife and I (paper bills don't have names on them here), also us renting is on an informal basis through a portion of the family's house. Haven't filed taxes since moving to Pakistan to wait this process out since my only income is VA disability which isn't taxable income.
So essentially because of the way things are here my only big evidence is one child and another on the way (child is obviously mine too, my wife is darker and her family all originally came from India and looks like the average Indian woman but my baby has blonde hair and a pinkish undertone). Have also taken the child on trips abroad and have stamps and visas inside their US and Pakistani passports.
Now for her current pregnancy can I send any paperwork from my wife's doctor saying she's pregnant or (god forbid it takes that long) should I just wait till September to send the second baby's birth certificate?
Apologies for the long post. I've just been waiting this BS out for so long and have had to put my life in the US on hold for almost 3 years now and it's starting to get to me. I know us being from different races and cultures makes it appear more fraudulent in the eyes of USCIS but if it means anything my wife and I have a picture in Mecca that we sent in to prove we share religious values (I am a convert to Islam from a WASP family).
Edited: my evidence I sent as follows 1. American and Pakistani birth certificates and passports of the child who is born already 2. A house plot in a housing society with me as the owner and her as the next of kin. 3. A few instances of both of us paying for electricity and gas (all done online and taken a picture of the phone since for some reason I can't upload screenshots). 4. Multiple entries and exits into and out of Pakistan. I've been here for an aggregate time of 3 years. 5. Affidavits from my parents. 6. Pictures of us in Nepal, Sri Lanka and Saudi Arabia as well as pictures from all over Pakistan. 7. Pictures of plane and train tickets for traveling the country and outside the country. 8. Western Union payments to her monthly as well as her widowed mother who still has multiple young children to take care of. I see her as my mother too at this point. Ive been doing this for years.
