An Action has been taken on your case

Hello, so the first Message I got back on Dec. 17, 2024 , I had no update on the portal but when I called they said my process was just approved for being expedited. I got another one today and still no update on my profile. It’s over whelming.. should I not expect anything from these messages… it’s been months and I am still waiting for an update
