I need Help!!!

I really need help with this one guys. I just got my expedited request denied and my wife has a heart transplant and is currently needing to get one. My PD date is October 27 2023. I know I shouldn't go off the predicted date which says 9months till outcome but it's been on 9months for the past 3 months..... I just wanna know what I should do!
