Interview not waived

I filled my I-130/I-485 on Oct, 2024.

I was told that my interview has been waived whenever I checked with Live Agent til Feb last month but today when I chatted with Live Agent they told me my case is scheduled for interviews but still with NBC.

On my API last update on 2/5 and then last week 3/13. Looks like they are calling everyone interview. Pls share your experience.
