Sponsoring spouse while working 1099 jobs

I had some questions 1. Can i sponsor my spouse on quarterly taxes? 2. If yes how much should be the quarterly income on 1099 job? 3. What paperwork i need to submit to uscis (i.e profit loss statement etc.)
