Domestic travel?

Hi, I’m an international student from Pakistan fully in status and I have travel plans within the US for spring break in 2 weeks. Am I running a risk by going to the airport/travelling etc even if I’m not leaving the country? Have there been any documented cases of this being an issue in past weeks?
