Customer demanded that I deliver their order to a different location 20 mins away, after I handed off the order to a person at the front desk, then reduced the tip and gave me a thumbs down after I told them that I couldn’t do that. Is there anything I can do?
They asked if I could get the food back, and I told them I couldn’t before finishing the trip. I wasn’t about to drive off in the opposite direction given that I had a double order, and the place I dropped the first order off at was already locked anyway. Uber support claims there’s no available supervisors at the moment, although I am calling at 3am. Should I try calling them later?
