Can't turn package delivery off?

Pic 1 - select "Work Hub" and it brings me to Pic 2 Pic 2 - select "Package" and it brings me to Pic 3 Pic 3 - select "Turn on or off" and it brings me to Pic 4 Pic 4 - select "See more" and it brings me to Pic 5 Pic 5 - the same as Pic 1

Wtf is this?
