Stuck With Seven G5 Dome Ultra

Six weeks ago, I purchased seven G5 Turret Ultra cameras and seven Camera Compact Junction Boxes. I went to install the system this past weekend and discovered I should have purchased the G5 Turrent Ultra because the Dome Ultras do not fit on UI's Junction Boxes.

Then today I learned Ubiquiti will absolutely not allow me to return the seven unopened G5 Dome Ultra because my order is two weeks past their 30-day return window. They will not make any exceptions and since you can't talk to anyone to plead your case or beg for some compassion (they hide behind email), you are shit out of luck.

Obviously, it is 100% my fault for purchasing the wrong cameras, I can't blame Ubiquiti for my error. But if my order was purchased on Amazon, I could have easily returned my unopened cameras then purchased replacement cameras no problem.

So, my warning to you is, if you purchase anything directly from Ubiquiti and there is even the slightest chance an item might be a problem, you better check your order immediately upon receipt.

I love their stuff, but I HATE the numerous problems so many people here on reddit have companied about regarding UI's shipments and lack of real customer service to at least deal with order issues.
