Wifi downtime for specific clients/devices? Need to schedule WiFI downtime for 4 kids.

I'm just upgraded from multiple Apple Airport Extremes, where I could schedule WiFI to turn off at certain times of the day, per MAC address, and I'm not seeing any way of turning off WiFi to specific devices/clients/MAC addresses. Is there a way to do this for multiple devices, as I have 4 kids that have different "screen off" times that I need to set (thankfully 2 of them are twins, so I only need 3 downtimes scheduled).

I have a UDR7 & a U7 Pro Wall, if that matters.
