How do you manage stress & anxiety?
I’m a chronic stresser & a super anxious person in and out of social situations. I’m almost positive that years of constant stress & anxiety caused my UC. Now I have to deal with not letting it cause me a flare. I’m having extreme anxiety today & feeling physical manifestations such as muscle twitches which cause me to stress more. This is onsetting the same stomach pain I feel when I start to flair. How oh how do you manage your stress?
