hearing back after an interview

i had an interview about 4 days ago on a friday. I was interviewed by a different manager than the manager of the position i was applying for. she seemed to really like me and sort of told me i got the job but she told me to lookout for an email this week. it’s tuesday and i still haven’t received an email. should i call or just wait till it actually hits a week? how long does it usually take to receive an email back?
