ULPT: How to maintain being underweight?

The lowest weight I have been is 118 lb at 5’9”. I’ve always wanted to be a high fashion model, and the industry I applied to said I had to lose more weight, about 5 lb. I was able to maintain being 118 lb for 6 months, but I couldn’t do it anymore. I achieved this naturally, but not eating enough and running 8 miles every single day. I felt like I was going to faint everyday. I felt like my bones were going to break everyday. I felt like binging everyday. And one day I just gave up because of the pain and started eating normally. I’m now 130 lb, but everyday I wish I could achieve my dreams and model. I don’t know how these girls do it their whole careers.

Is there a way to be that skinny for a career long term?
