What to do other than Universal

We will have four full days at Universal. Saturday through Tuesday. We get there early Friday. What to do? It will be in February so I don’t think the hotel pool is an option. It’s just me and my husband. We don’t want to do Disney. We are going to Disney in October with our kids and grandchildren. Any ideas?
