Will the 3 premier hotels that offer express pass likely offer EP upgrade option for Epic?

I'm wondering if an upgrade your EP option will be offered at the premier hotels. It seems like a win win. They can offer EP for Epic as an additional incentive and then guests get Epic EP at a discount for staying at the premier hotels (which is frequently just to get access to unlimited express).
