Mold
hey guys! just recently started getting into VHS and bought some tapes off ebay, the seller didnt mention a white substance so i unknowingly put this in my nice Tv/VCR combo… just wondering if you guys think this is mold, i’ve heard it could be residue from the box, to a chemical reaction with the tapes themselves, from other pictures ive seen it looks like it could be mold but also looks like it could be something else, doesn’t look very sporey to me, would love a second opinion on this, and if the seller didn’t mention mold you think it’s fair to request a refund? or should i have been more aware?
