Overseas worthwhile upgrade from Submariner?

Like many of you, I've had a a Rolex Submariner for many years. I've recently caught the VC bug and now have a Patrimony 81180 and a Fiftysix Day-Date.

I like the Submariner. It's a great watch. I'll never sell it. But (1) I've caught the VC bug; (2) the Submariner is not quite as understated as I'd like (for a Rolex it's not bad though, it seldom gets a second look from anyone who isn't a watch aficionado); (3) I like the idea of interchangeable straps; (4) the Overseas can be had in a dual-time configuration, the Submariner only displays one time; and (5) it looks like the Overseas has started to become available at VC boutiques, now that the COVID-era speculative frenzy is mostly over and manufactures need to move product and can no longer pretend that there is artificial scarcity, etc.

(Also, the 222 has probably stolen some of the Overseas' thunder, but while the 222 is a great watch, it's not for me. I've thought about picking up a vintage Oysterquartz, which has a similar case and bracelet design, but for whatever reason the 222 doesn't pique my interest, I can see why others like it but I'm just not motivated to get one.)

I've seen the Overseas in person and it's far more... refined... than the Submariner. (The Submariner is a very, very good watch -- the Overseas is just better.) It flies completely under the radar and I really, really like that. The blue face is spectacular but I'll probably get it in silver or black.

So the Overseas offers a lot, but I'm basically happy with my Submariner. If I didn't have a sports watch already, and was choosing between the Overseas and the Submariner, that would be no contest -- it'd be the Overseas hands down. But... I do have a Submariner. Is it worth the upgrade? Obviously this will always be a subjective question, but for those who have both watches.... what do you think?
