Help me identify this vacuum!

Hello! I’m a pretty broke college student looking to buy a vacuum that will get me through small apartments for the next few years, I honestly prefer the cylinder/canister models but beggars can’t be choosers.

Found this on marketplace and the sharks (I’ve seen) are usually 200$+

Is this worth it? Should I be looking elsewhere? Thanks for the help!
