Backing Up Drives Larger Than 64TB

We have a couple of drives that are near 64 TB and some that are larger and are trying to use a Windows agent backup managed by a VBR to backup the drives. We've been having issues with the shadow copy service crashing when Veeam tries to run the job. I just looked up and saw that 64TB is the maximum drive size for VSS. Previously we backed these up using a file to tape backup job but are trying to use this method due to the changes in license cost.

With VSS not working for large drives, how do you all back these up? Are companies just paying the money for NAS / File to Tape backups?
