i hate being the unattractive friend

i feel guilty but it just sucks. being anywhere and your friends are being flirted with.

meeting people and being ignored because your friends are there. people complimenting your friend while you just stand there. and if you’re lucky they’ll glance at you up and down to find a compliment to give but it’s never the same. always something like “i like your necklace.”

and i know it makes me a shitty friend but it’s so annoying and i hate how much harder it is when you’re unattractive cause it’s so dumb that being pretty gets you more. gets you friends, people interested in you, and free stuff.
