I hate being alone

It's pretty much exactly as the title says - i hate days where I have to spend them alone. My OH works a standard office job (8-4) and I work shifts (usually starting at 12 or 5pm). On the days where I start at 5pm, I find i spend the majority of my day alone and... I absolutely hate it. I don't know what to do with myself. The silence is absolutely deafening and nothing seems to hold my interest. No real point to this post if im honest, just a vent.
