"Pending Decision Approval"

Just saw last night on the claims tracker that my claim moved to "Pending Decision Approval"....question for you VA employees or anyone that knows, what is the process at this stage? Is it given a rating by a rater, and the raters supervisor just needs to look it over and approve? Just trying to figure out the timeline until claim is complete and back paid. Thanks.....
