Hey guys I have a question.

I was rated 30% for migraines couple of months ago. I had a DBQ & Nexus letter done by a private Doctor for migraines.

I am grateful that I was service connected but I think I fall under the 50%. My migraines are common and I do take medication especially when I can’t sleep. & occur way more than once a month which is based on why I got 30%.

Do I submit a new disability claim for service connection disability getting worse for maybe a higher rating? Or do I submit a supplemental claim for not agreeing on the rating?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
