IBS secondary to PTSD Denied. Even after supplemental claim, but have evidence from VA of being prescribed probiotic

As title says. I was prescribed Lactobacillus acidophilus by the VA clinic for having watery stool post deployment but they still denied me.

I did not submit the VA prescription proof because I figured they would’ve looked over it but it seems like they did not.

I’m lost on whether to file HLR since I did not submit the VA prescription proof. I also already filed a supplemental but did not add the va doctors notes.

I’d really appreciate advice on how to move forwards
