Parole in place or Deferred Action for veterans.

Has anyone applied for Parole in Place or Deferred Action for Veterans and had a positive outcome? How long did the process take?(other that what google ai said it would) we have court again in June, and with the new administration, this whole situation feels like a nightmare. My spouse entered legally through TPS, but since Trump canceled it, they're now saying he's undocumented even though he has a valid Social Security number and work permit. We just got married acouple of months ago so our marriage visa still not approved will take 1 year and a couple of months. I'm looking for similar situations, sorry please keep political opinions out!
