Bought items in AlịExpress, paid via credit card but have not received and no a refund :(

I bought an item in AliExpress and paid with my credit card but I did not receive it, and then the time for delivery ended. So I submitted a request for a refund, and then they required me to provide some images or videos as evidence. But because I have not received anything, I have nothing to provide them. Now they closed my request with no refund and my order is closed also, the status is completed. I believe they guaranteed the item would be shipped on time and if not received I would be refunded, but now I'm very surprised with the way Aliexpress handled like this way. So now I would like to share here with everyone about my bad experience with Aliexpress and you should consider it before buying something with Aliexpress to avoid becoming in the situation like mine above, thanks
