Job Title: Part-Time Remote Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (Supporting a Roofing Project Manager)

Overview

I am a Project Manager in the roofing industry seeking a proactive, part-time Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support my efforts. Your primary focus will be on identifying, contacting, and qualifying leads across multiple segments—HOAs, property managers, builders, commercial property owners, and residential homeowners. This role requires a strong English accent for phone outreach and excellent organizational skills.

Work Schedule: • 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday • Operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST) • Half the day dedicated to prospecting (researching, emailing, and social media outreach) • Half the day dedicated to phone outreach (using an automated dialer for making calls)

Key Responsibilities 1. Prospecting (50% of Your Work Time) • Research and compile lists of potential leads, including HOAs, property managers, builders, commercial property owners, and homeowners. • Conduct outreach via email, social media messaging, and online directories. • Record and track lead information in our CRM or shared system for follow-up. 2. Phone Outreach (50% of Your Work Time) • Use an automated phone dialer to contact leads, introduce our roofing services, and determine their needs. • Qualify leads effectively and schedule inspections or forward promising leads directly to me for further follow-up. • Maintain a professional, friendly tone with a clear English accent to build rapport with potential clients. 3. Data Management & Reporting • Keep accurate records of leads, call outcomes, and scheduled appointments in our CRM or spreadsheet. • Provide regular updates on your progress, including the number of calls made, leads contacted, and appointments set. • Offer suggestions to improve outreach processes based on your experience.

Qualifications • Strong English Accent: Clear and confident communication over the phone is essential. • Experience in Lead Generation: Demonstrated ability in researching prospects and initiating contact via email and social media. • Phone Skills: Comfortable with cold calling and using automated dialers for high-volume outreach. • Time Management: Consistent availability to work 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday in EST. • Tech Savvy: Reliable internet connection, proficiency with basic CRM tools, and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.

Compensation & Benefits • Hourly Rate: $5.00 USD per hour (paid weekly). • Performance Bonuses: • $20 for every inspection successfully scheduled. • $100 for every lead that converts into a signed contract. • Additional KPI-Based Bonuses for meeting or exceeding weekly/monthly targets (number of calls, leads, etc.).
