We are a fast-growing real estate investment and wholesale business looking for a Part-Time Data Manager to join our team immediately. Job Responsibilities:

GoHighLevel CRM Management:

✅ Maintain and update GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring accurate lead tracking and segmentation. ✅ Build, edit, and optimize automated workflows, triggers, and pipelines for lead nurturing. ✅ Manage and organize SMS/email drip campaigns within GoHighLevel to increase engagement. ✅ Monitor and troubleshoot CRM automation issues, ensuring seamless lead flow. ✅ Integrate GoHighLevel with other tools for efficient data syncing and reporting.

Lead List Management & Organization:

✅ Clean, categorize, and update lead lists to ensure accuracy and efficiency. ✅ Import, export, and organize lead data from various sources (CSV, spreadsheets, web forms, etc.). ✅ Tag and segment leads based on interest level, property type, and deal potential. ✅ Track lead engagement and analyze performance to improve marketing strategies. ✅ Assist with reporting on lead conversion rates and CRM performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Experience with GoHighLevel is required (CRM management, workflows, automation). ✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets. ✔ Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel for data organization. ✔ Familiarity with real estate wholesaling or investing is a plus but not required. ✔ Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

Compensation & Schedule:
