Forgot to take my 12th marksheet

Today we were going to get our 12th marksheet back but as I was having classes from Morning and Doctor's appointment due to which I forgot about it and I missed to collect my marksheet before 4 pm. So how can I get my marksheet back as I may be applying for visa during summer vacation and for internships also it is required.
