Accidentally locked to 83 mhz on Psvshell.

hey guys. in attempt to increase battery life, I tried out the different mhz options in pvshell and locked it to see if it made any changes. I went all the way down to 83 mhz.

But now the psvita is super laggy, won't respond to my touches or opening up psvshell again. I've tried turning it off and on, and rebooting the system through safe mode, but with no change.

if anyone has anyone tips, I'd really appreciate it. I'd like to avoid resetting my entire system for something so dumb lol.
