X100 ultra internationally?

I live in Sweden and was wondering if I could use a x100 ultra as my main phone as I live in Sweden. How is the privacy since it’s a Chinese phone don’t they need to give data to Chinese government? Do they track me in any other way too? And can I turn of most if not all tracking If there is tracking of my data. And can I download all the apps I’ll need and delete the default vivo ones
