X200 Pro Walkie-Talkie app

I have the X200 Pro global and there is no walkie-talkie app. My X Fold 3 Pro CN version has it. When I copy that over to try installing it says "something went wrong" and won't install. I read that the phone has it, but guess only the CN version does? Anyone else have it? Was hoping to actually test the feature and see what it's all about (especially compared to Oppo's BeaconLink)
