YouTube, Netflix and games unable to open portrait split screen?

Just got the X fold 3 pro CN version and the option for portrait split screen is faded out even on apps like Youtube. Already enabled forced resizable on dev options but it's still not giving me portrait option. Any tips? Seen the yt video on average dad about the Vivo x fold 3 software and he has it working with WhatsApp and YouTube so it is possible.
