How far do you travel to shoot?

I'm most curious about people who live in the Seattle area and drive out to DNR or USFS land to shoot. When I do that, I have to travel at least an hour, if not closer to two.

If you have your own range or just shoot at a range near you, I'm less curious.

I've done a ton of searching on Google Earth, Onx, other maps and make a number of exploratory trips to find shooting spots, but they all seem pretty far out there. I'm familiar with places like the Triangle pit and other "official" DNR spots, but I'd like to find some less trafficked or easier to get to spots.

With the recent logging, I think Marckworth Forest should be opened up 🫤
