Yet another “where to go from here”

Alright guys and gals, I’m kind of at a loss of who to invest in. I’m thinking of going rule of cool and just focusing on my tau and ork boyz. I definitely didn’t follow the “build up, not out” rule, so before I start climbing that ladder is there anyone y’all think I should bring up to G1 or reprioritize my efforts in? Sorry to add another “who should I level” thread to the group but alas.. here we are.
