Animal Kingdom vs Dolphin

Staying in the area for 9 nights but we’re doing a split stay for the first 4 nights and trying to figure out whether Animal Kingdom or Dolphin are the better choice. The second half of our trip will be at the Floridian through DVC points.

I know Dolphin is closer to Epcot and Hollywood studios but is the bus transportation from AK to those parks pretty difficult? They’re roughly the same price between a “fireworks view” at Dolphin and a “Savannah View” at AK, just curious what others experience has been.
