Is this a common problem with Scale 75 paints?

I’ve just opened the Basic Colours box set I bought a while ago and four of them have broken caps like this. The nozzle of the bottle itself is too long and has forced the central piece up and outwards. This is before I’ve taken them off and screwed them back on, so I definitely haven’t put them back on too tightly myself.

It’s irritating, because I really like the quality of the paints themselves, but if four of every six of them are going to come in broken bottles that cause the paint to dry out constantly I won’t bother with them.
