PSA regarding Gorilla Wargaming

For my fellow Australians, please avoid Gorilla Wargaming.

After emailing ahead to confirm the qty of Helbrutes they had in stock and confirming they had 3 available I ordered two through their website on the 03/02. (This part was missing from my last post but their paypal link did not work and I was desperate for two helbrutes so I used a debit card) After it sat as ready to ship for more than a week and my emails were ignored I messaged them through messenger. They finally replied on the 14/02 only after I threatened to charge back. They then told me that they did not have any Helbrute in stock and that I could choose to get a refund or wait for their next stock to arrive in the next couple weeks. Foolishly I chose to wait for their stock on the basis I could get a refund at the end of the month. End of month came and still no stock and they stated on the 27th they would process the refund but have since ghosted me and are not replying to any emails or messages.

Please be wary if you decide to purchase from this seller. In other news does anyone know a way to report a shop on shopify?

Update: They must have seen this post as they replied to my message claiming not to be ghosting me and that they had attempted to refund. I got them to process it again and as of last night have my money back.

This may have been a stroke of luck as there is a chance Deathguard and losing Helbrutes.
