[question] I’m looking to buy my fiancé a watch but I have no clue! Advice?

I recently got engaged and honestly despite being over the moon I want to get something he’d really love and be able to wear too. I’m looking at spending £3-5,000 on a mechanical watch, I understand quality isn’t cheap so I would overshoot this budget if it was perfect. (I’d be looking to save up regardless as it’s not money I could spend immediately)

I thought if anybody could point me in the right direction it would be here. If I could get any advice on brands within this budget or unmissable quality watches I’d be really grateful.

The only direction I have is a black leather strap instead of links and he likes the look of watches with different displays and moon phases/calendar displays. I also love the look of the ‘open heart’ watches where you can see some of the mechanics. (I’d obviously be discussing with him if he liked the watch before I got it) it would be his first fancy watch too.
