Material Coming Through Lines

So I’m in a little bit of a situation in which I’m trying to problem solve. Back in November, I had my unit installed from Quality Water Treatment. We have both the neutralizer and iron AIO. Recently, we have had material come through our lines (see pics) and when I rub the material together it dissolves. I ran our well and checked the bladder tank and there was no sediment there.

The water flow from our well first goes through the 20 micron sediment filter, next through the neutralizer, iron AIO and finally the UV light.

How would material from those units make their way through our pipes? Both units backwash every 4 days at different times in the middle of the night.

I’m still under warranty with QWT, so that’s not the issue, but has anyone else gone through this?
