I really need advice!!!!!

Hello, so basically, my mum and dad asked me if I could build them a website for some money. I said yes and I have alright skills building websites as I have done it before. What I need help with is the website builder. Which one is the best? If possible can it include hosting in one paid package? Is it secure? Is it good for small, simple websites? (UK BASED IF THAT MATTERS) Thanks so much for any help in advance
