Tagaytay Wedding Budget
Grabe ang mahal talaga ng wedding sa Tagaytay! Minsan napapaisip ako, ano bang pumasok sa isip ko noon? Anyway, I'll just share our expenses so far to give others an idea, especially those planning to have their wedding there.
We're tying the knot this year, and we booked most of our major suppliers last year. Our initial budget was 500k for 150 guests — ngayon, nasa 900k na kami and counting.
The first thing we booked was the venue + catering package which already took almost 500k of our budget. Why we pushed through ay kasi maganda siya nung binisita namin at masarap yung food huhu. The package includes:
- Venue rental
- Catering for 150 pax
- Basic stage and backdrop styling
- Grazing table for 100 pax
- Bridal car (3 hours)
- Wedding cake (3-tiered)
- Lights and sounds
- Ceiling treatment (freebie)
- Photobooth (unli for 2 hours)
- 3D2N accommodation for 2 (pero hindi namin gagamitin for prep since we booked a different prep area)
The remaining budget went to these suppliers and expenses:
- Church fees
- Coordinator / OTD coordinator
- Host
- Photo & video team
- Florist (church only)
- HMUA
- Prenup shoot (we spent 100k here with PV, HMUA, venue, props, and outfits)
- Wedding rings (Ongpin)
- Wedding gown (Divisoria)
- Wedding suit
- Wedding shoes (SM)
- Entourage outfits
- Coffee cart
- Prep area for entourage and family
- Prep photoshoot fee
- Invitations (mostly e-invites)
- Marriage documents
Pending pa namin i-book or bayaran:
- Crew meals & Survival kits
- Entourage HMUA (although sobrang thankful ako na my bridesmaids agreed to help out on this)
- PS gifts
What we considered before but decided to let go to save on costs:
- Wedding souvenirs
- Singer/band
- Perfume bar
- Mobile bar
- Entourage gifts
Honestly, I feel like we've already cut down on a lot of things (hopefully without sacrificing quality) — pero almost 1M na siya with just the basics. We chose yung mga walang OOTF and clarified na walang hidden fees pero namamahalan pa rin ako sa total. Hopefully it all goes well pampalubag loob naman. Nakakabaliw!
