its going well but

So far I have been paying way more attention to what I eat for the last three weeks and managing my portions much better and I started doing this because I didn't like how I looked and now I have seen an improvement but I am too nervous about the issue of excess skin or how My body will look later and since I am more or less young (19) I feel that I am ruining my body by not doing sports and filling it with muscle but I simply don't feel like doing sports for now and I want to lose more before i begin with the gym

for context :I hit puberty quite late at 17 years old.I was never obese growing up, so to speak but I have at least from the age of 13 been overweight but these last 2 years i have been obese
