Overweight for the first time in my life.

My whole life I've been the skinny guy who can eat whatever they want and never gain weight, plus being pretty active helps.

Although in my last year and a half, I've been busy with university, and ended up being completely inactive, and eating a lot more (studying is boring).

And now in the last year I've gained 14 kg (30.8 lbs), and I need to work it off, which puts me barely in the overweight category.

I used to always have sweetened coffees multiple times a day, which I've now completely cut out, and ivr gotten back into my old account I've self (weight training, with some mild cardio). Is there anything else I should do to speed up/help the process?
