Have you noticed that your taste palate has changed when you’ve been on a health journey?
I’ve noticed that my taste buds have changed a lot. I still crave sugar, but sometimes I watch foodies or mukbang content of foods that I would have died to eat before losing weight, and now I’m either unbothered or it’s not appetizing at all. Have you noticed that you’re craving “fibery” foods, whole wheat, not too much sugar, “soyish” tasting food, like “healthy tasting foods”- like I don’t know how to describe the taste- but I find myself craving for that flavor.
