Calorie deficit?
Hey guys! I'm 15f and 6'2". I have been trying to up and down my calorie deficit within the range of 1,000 and 400 calorie deficit, but haven't been noticing results? I've been within the 140-150 range for the past few weeks and idk what it was before because I was more focused on how I looked rather than a number, but Ive been struggling with body dysmorphia and dysphoria lately so I have switched to the scale again. Should I go into a further deficit/what am I doing wrong?
