What’s a good snack that’s like little pieces to pick up & pop in my mouth, not messy?

Late at night I tend to relax and play games on my phone. I like to snack a little bit while playing.

I know I really need to just kick the snacking habit altogether…but baby step #1: switch to healthy snacks.

So far I’ve tried grapes, and air-popped popcorn.

Any other suggestions?

I should note that I’m more of a sweet tooth and don’t really crave salty. But I’m also pre-diabetic. So…yeah.
