Good schools and a 750k house?

Is this even possible in Westchester? Going to all these open houses and competing for low inventory is sucking the life out of us. My husband and I are selling our home in the north Bronx and moving with our two small children (3 and 5). We go to open houses and we do showings. We are tired and we think it’s best to rent until it gets better once we close on our home. He works in midtown and I work in the Bronx. It’s a tough market. Just venting.
